Happy new year! Sharing the december tomato. Patience and Perseverance? - Kidlit411 birthday

Hope everyone had a great vacation and a grand new year welcome. Wishing a happy new year to everyone.

I have been away from home for the vacation but hubby was still taking care of the tomoto plants. Yes, I know , we in a snowland , how are these tomato plants even alive. Well we never got any tomatoes and the plants kept on growing. So we moved those inside the house near the glass and the green house effect is keeping those alive since then.

I had thought of only that. Just those being alive. But in Nov sometimes there were flowers , some beetles coming in and out of the house and voila! There was one tiny tiny tomato on one plant.

Now it was December and just before new year, my hubby sent out the pic of a red ripe tomato on the plant.isn't it just wonderful? Even though all the other plans were just green, that one red tomato was a thing of joy!! Out of season and way past due!

I thought of patience then. Just keep on hoping and working and one day we will have the tomato. Well not exactly tomato :) But what you are looking for. But meanwhile should not completely stop the efforts. Keep at it.Even have hubby encourage you :-D

With that, here is another tidbit.
